happy cinco de mayo! its saturday and may the 5th. i hope all of you out there are going to have a great day and dont get a bad hangover tomorrow.

me? i have to work. gotta do the day job to keep the bills paid. as long as i have been paying them, they should be paid by now….

anyway, happy cinco de mayo amigos.

charmed reboot. why not?

the charmed reboot. many fans got really worked up about the re make of charmed. obviously it is an alternate universe kind of thang, but those of us who love those adorable halliwell sisters just couldnt say good bye.

the beauty of an alternate universe is it does not change the known one. so the halliwells we love are still doing their thing and the ones in the other place are too. its ok. dont have a cow man.

as long as the writing is good and the directing and the girls are likeable it can work. idk what went wrong for sure with those dukes of hazzard replacement cousins but this is different.

they changed the plots when they remade star trek although it was not necessary to remake it at all. it works. same thing here. a new set of sisters with a different storyline is ok.

but thats just my take on it.

old man logan. the future of patch.

old man wolverine. aka patch aka logan. need i say it? #spoilers

all true fans of logan know that his mutant power is healing. and he has been around a long time. at least as long as his brother creed. and he never ages. yet, in the last movie, he was older and tired and at a large disadvantage against well everyone in the fights. now by the movies end it starts to make a bit of sense as we see that something in the world is suppressing mutant powers. not going to say what but you know what it is.

so did logan lose his powers of healing and age naturally? no, his powers are still in place, but that one thing that was taking them away kept them from healing him. is he dead? well he has been before so…

will he come back as younger stronger logan? no doubt in my mind. maybe with a different actor but yeah. and while professor x may be gone in the physical form, i dont see him disappearing altogether.

i mean if you can survive being ripped in two by the hulk…

but then, thats just my opinions…
